Returns Policy

Please note: Football Shirts and Training Tops from the Football Shirt Archive are not part of our return policy. These items are non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with our products and unfortunately would like to organise a return, please contact our email info@playoncollection.com and let us know your reasons for return.

Products applicable for return must still be in brand new condition and with tags attached. We operate a returns policy of 7 days from date of order confirmation.

If you are looking to exchange an item based on wrong sizing please contact our email info@playoncollection.com and tell us your order details and which product you would like to return and which new product you would like in exchange.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of return and exchange items.
